capacitor has not expanded, and should be replaced if necessary.
Annual maintenance:
1. Clean the dust on the pcb board.
2. Sampling the capacity of the
electrolytic capacitor in the pcb board. If the capacity of the electrolytic
capacitor is less than 20% of the rated capacity, it should be replaced. In
general, the life of an electrolytic capacitor should be replaced after ten years
of operation to ensure a pcb line. Board performance.
3. For high-power equipment coated with thermal grease, check if the thermal grease is dry. For dry solids, remove dry heat grease and apply new heat sink grease to prevent the board. Due to poor heat dissipation, the middle high power device burned out.
